Should you wish to cancel your order the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days. You should do so in writing by email to email@example.com, stating your name, address and order number with Cancellation in the subject line of your email. You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the order within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible, so we can cancel it before it is dispatched. If your order has been dispatched please follow the returns policy.
Due to the nature of our products we can only accept returned goods that are unused and in the same saleable condition that they were received in.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, you may return your order at any time up to and including 14 days from the date of delivery provided the goods remain unopened and in their original packaging. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable and you will have to return goods at your own expense. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service (such as Royal Mail Track & Send service) as we can only process a returned item once we have received it, we shall not take any responsibility for goods returned to us that are lost or do not reach us.
All refunds will be made via PayPal or the card that was used and shall be given as soon as we receive the returned goods and always within 30 days or sooner.
If you have been sent the wrong item or the product has been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours.
We will ask you to return faulty / damaged items so please ensure that you re-pack them safely before posting them back. Where goods are found to be defective or damaged, we will exchange your order or refund the purchase price including any postage charge.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are used appropriately. Shea Innocence accepts no liability for representations, warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose. Customers should satisfy themselves to the suitability of products before purchase. Please remember that here at Shea Innocence our products are handmade in small quantities using natural and natural-derived ingredients, so variation in consistency or colour may be evident between batches or orders. This does not affect the quality of the product. Our products are intended for external use only.
